The shingle roof is the most common roof on the market. However, many factors separate Barfield Roofing's installation from its competitors. We perform step-bulling on all rakes for additional security along the edge, and we set both the starter and first shingle in a 5" course of plastic cement. All our roofs come with upgrades to the sheathing nailing, roof-to-wall attachment, and installation of self-adhesive underlayment (SWR). Our metal restoration service offers a fresh opportunity for your existing metal roof. Once we have determined that the roof is a suitable candidate, a system of acrylic products is applied. This system can offer a 10, 15, or 20 year warranty based on the final millage. A no-fade Kynar top coat can be applied so that your roof stays the same brilliant color that you love.
